What Is DACA?

DACA is a program that eligible immigrants can apply for that protects them from deportation and allows them to apply for legal work permits. It was created under the Obama administration in 2012, however, due to various changes to the law made by the Trump administration, DACA has become very difficult for individuals to navigate on their own. That is why our compassionate and experienced Southfield legal team is always here to answer your questions and address your concerns regarding DACA applications and renewals.
