Case Manager:

  • Brown Immigration Law is seeking a Case Manager/Legal Assistant in our Cleveland, Ohio office to assist attorneys in preparing legal filings for diverse clients in the dynamic field of immigration law. We are seeking an employee that is highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as someone interested with working with individuals from all parts of the globe. Fluency in Spanish as a second language is required. Previous experience in working with law firm is also desired, but not required.

Orlando, Florida:

Case Manager:

Your Mission

Get ready to work directly with clients from all walks of life helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their immigration journeys. You’ll play a vital role in processing visas, handling green card filings, guiding individuals through the naturalization process, and representing clients in immigration court. You will have the opportunity to work directly with employers, large and small, as well as families, and individuals.  Interested in litigation?  You will have the opportunity to challenge the US Department of Homeland Security and practice before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals, through oral arguments, brief writing and trials.  You’ll team up with our skilled Partners, Lead Attorneys, and support staff to transform lives by helping clients gain citizenship, reunite with their families, or avoid deportation.

No prior experience in immigration law? No problem! We’re seeking smart, driven, capable go-getters who are eager to learn and grow with us. The perfect fit for this role:

  • Is not afraid to tackle unusual fact patterns or an ever-changing legal landscape
  • Is passionate about advocacy.

The Essentials

  • JD Degree from an accredited law school (or equivalent).
  • Bar Licensure allowing the practice of law in any state.

Spanish or other foreign language skills? Not a requirement, but certainly a big plus!  We have a huge and diverse clientele that speak any number of languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese and Creole, among others.  The ability to speak with a client in their own language is a significant benefit, but is certainly not mandatory.
