Federal Court orders U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to implement the full restoration of the DACA program, including initial applications for first-time DACA applicants. Today’s decision, coming weeks after the Supreme Court handed down a historic decision to protect the DACA program, orders that the previous rescission of the DACA program is vacated and restores the program to its pre-September 5, 2017 status.
