Jenna L. Ebersbacher
About
Attorney Jenna Ebersbacher received her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in University Park, Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio. Jenna graduated from The Ohio State University cum laude with a dual degree in International Business and Spanish. During college, Jenna participated in the Fisher College of Business Honor’s Cohort program. Additionally, she studied abroad at the Universitat de València in Valencia, Spain with a focus on Iberian Literature and Culture.
Prior to joining Brown Immigration Law, Jenna worked for the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic at Penn State Law, clerked for another top immigration law firm, and externed at the Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation where she gained significant and diverse experience in the field to strengthen her advocacy skills for immigrants. She now works on a variety of cases including asylum and removal defense, family-based immigration, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, employment-based immigration, and naturalization.
Jenna joined our North Carolina office in 2022 and she is originally from Cleveland, Ohio.
