About

Attorney Erin P. Brown has been with Brown Immigration Law since 2002; she is one of five Partners within the firm. Brown Immigration Law focuses exclusively in the field of US immigration law and assists corporations, families and individuals navigate the increasingly complex web of immigration statutes and regulations to achieve their goals. Ms. Brown focuses the majority of her practice on employment-based immigration law, while also helping manage the firm’s family-based, naturalization and litigation practice groups.

Ms. Brown has written and lectured extensively on a number of corporate and employment-based immigration topics and has worked with Fortune 500 companies on a wide variety of visa and compliance matters. She is the Past President of Federal Bar Association of the Northern District of Ohio and an active board member for the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association whose mission is to serve people in communities across the United States through generous grants, scholarships and programming.

An Ohio native, Ms. Brown earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and Juris Doctorate, Magna cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and Ohio. She is considered one of Brown Immigration Law’s most seasoned employment-based practitioners and helps to lead BIL’s overall employment-based practice group, while also advising its junior-level associates in navigating the increasingly complex web of immigration statutes and regulations.
