Christina Foliacci
About
Attorney Christina Foliacci, Esq. received her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and specializes in immigration law. Christina received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida.
In law school, Christina interned with the Honorable David A. Haimes in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She also worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Stephen Plass, where she focused on researching complex labor and employment law issues. Christina found her passion for immigration law while serving as a Law Student Representative in her school’s Immigration Clinic. She gained invaluable hands-on experience in this role and learned about the vast impact immigration lawyers have on the lives of individuals and families searching for a better life. In addition to her clinical legal experience, Christina was a member of her law school’s International Moot Court team and served as a Staff Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Christina was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Research and Writing.
Christina joined Brown Immigration Law in February 2023 and works in the firm’s Cleveland office. Christina represents clients in various immigration matters, including asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, family-based immigration, custody redetermination, removal defense, and employment-based immigration. Prior to joining the BIL team, Christina gained extensive experience at south Florida law firms handling removal defense, family-based immigration, appellate work, and waivers of inadmissibility.
As the daughter of a Cuban immigrant, Christina is highly driven to help her clients create the lives they envision for themselves in the United States. Christina is fluent in English and Spanish.
